Travis Lootawan is hopeful to soon carve out his own niche in the highly competitive culinary industry. A recent graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, one of the most well-regarded and reviewed culinary schools in the country, Lootawan enjoyed the opportunity to train at some of the finest dining establishments in New York City, including L’Appart, Butter and Daniel.
