Travis Lootawan is now prepared to carve out his own footprint in what is a highly competitive and challenging field. A recent graduate of the New York-based Institute of Culinary Education, as well as a very talented pupil and passionate culinary artist, Lootawan is at the beginning of what looks to be a promising and rewarding career in the culinary arts. The education, experience and training he received at the Institute promise to provide Lootawan a strong career foundation.
