Travis Lootawan has many years of experience in the culinary
scene in New York. He has also traveled the world to experience the cultures
and foods of many other places, including “France, United Kingdom, Australia,
most of the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Brazil, Maldives, Italy, Canada and
Chile.” Lootawan graduated first in his class at the Institute of Culinary
Education in New York, which was recently ranked the best culinary school in
the United States.
Travis Lootawan has experience in the kitchen and on the management
side of things for several restaurants over his career, including such fine
dining establishments as Daniel, Butter, and L’Appart. He’s looking for
opportunities to use all of these skills in his next career stop.
Travis Lootawan remains active in his community, volunteering at
animal shelters and helping to train service dogs for disabled veterans, as
well as police dogs.
