Travis Lootawan won the Institute of Culinary
Education’s Pro Student Photo Contest in August, 2017. Lootawan trained as a
chef there and gained valuable experience for furthering his career by managing
the business side of restaurants and by founding and running his own trucking
business in 2016. Today, he’s looking for more opportunities to expand his
skillset and help whoever he can as a business manager, chef, and business
strategist
