Travis Lootawan: Reduced Waste and Supply Cost

Travis Lootawan was a jack-of-all-trades for Level Ultra Lounge in Richmond Hill, New York. In addition to running the kitchen as a chef, a profession he trained for at the prestigious Institute for Culinary Education, earning Valedictorian status for his work there, Travis Lootawan also masterminded food waste systems that minimized waste and found ways to cut costs on food supply, too. He lives and works today in South Ozone Park, New York.
